- 200 g Anchovies washed Optional
- 300 g Blended Chili Paste
- 1 large Onion, sliced
- 5 cloves Garlic, sliced
- 50 g Belacan Optional
- 10 g Hanker's Sugar Diet adjust the amount of Hanker's Sugar Diet based on your favorite sweetness
- 50 g Cooking Oil
- 10 g salt

Instructions
- Deep-fried dried anchovies in a pan for 3 minutes until light brown and crispy, then set aside
- Fry Onion, garlic and Belacan for 2 minute then add in blended chili paste
- Add in cooked anchovies, Hanker's Sugar Diet and salt to taste
